When I worked in racing, I was able to attend driving schools all across the country. Going 150 mph is truly a rush of adrenaline.
If you want to see what it's like to go 165 mph around
Charlotte Motor Speedway, click below.
I was lucky enough to drive Daytona twice. It's my favorite track to drive on. My top speed there was 152 mph.
If I could go now and drive any track, I'd pick Daytona.
Having been able to drive the track of The Great American Race, the Home of the Indy 500, was a dream come true. Top speed here was 153.29 mph.

I enjoyed driving Phoenix. The track is in the middle of some scenic mountains.
I went to some driving schools that were Open Wheel. I enjoyed it a lot. This pic is from Daytona International Speedway.
Another Open Wheel Driving School. I liked their track a lot. Good speed.
I was given a ride at high speed in an IndyCar around Miami Speedway. They included me in a promotional video.
Al gave me a ride around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to show me where the racing lines were. If anybody would know, he would.
When you've seen a race at Indy, there's no comparison.
This is the Winner's Circle for Jeff Gordon's Daytona Victory. That's Goldberg, the wrestler. I was escorting him for the day and got him into Jeff's Victory celebration. He was stoked.
It was a great experience to work with Jeff's team. It was hard work, but it was a lot of fun too.
At this school, they had a camera taping the track in front of your car so you could watch your drive anytime you wanted. Pretty cool.
I'm dead center, holding the banner.
I enjoyed this school a lot. I'm on the far right of this pic.
And I attended some Driving Schools that didn't give plaques,
so it's more schools than in this photo.
